AUDIO: Labor Unions Blocking Preschool in Montana?

I actually gotta pat Gov. Steve Bullock (D-MT) on the back for this one.

Here's what it looks like happened: Bullock has been trying to create a massive new government funded preschool program in the state. Others have said, why not simply offer support to parents in need so they can access existing preschool programs already up and running?

At the end of the day, Rep Eric Moore (R-Miles City) and Gov. Bullock worked out a compromise- and it gets whacked. Democrats largely voted against the proposal after objections from labor unions.
