AUDIO: SD2 Superintendent on Mill Levy Increase
Billings School District 2 is asking voters for a mill levy increase to help fund new textbooks and other digital curriculum in the high schools, including career-focused programs.
School District 2 Superintendent Greg Upham gave his pitch to the voters ahead of the May 7th mail-in ballot, and took questions from listeners on the radio.
