I was born in the southern U.S. and raised by a 21 year Marine Corps Vietnam Vet and his hard working, successful, Tennessee born bride. They set the bar pretty high for their three kids...so I decided to just walk under it and go into radio at age 16. After years of "town to town, up and down the dial", I made my way to Billings in 2005. That turned out to be the best decision I ever made. It lead to a great job, and the love of my life, my daughter, Eliana. I'm happy to be raising her in a place with a great mix of conservative family values and progressive ideas about inclusion and embracing the differences in people (provided they are not too liberal or from California).

It seemed like that was just another thing that a kid in a wheelchair had to endure; it seemed okay. That shouldn't be the case.

Arrivederci Johnny Carino’s
Billings said goodbye to another restaurant yesterday. After 12 years in business, Johnny Carino's called it quits.
Apparently the company is struggling nationwide, so I'm not sure if they employees had a heads up on this one or not. It's never fun to lose your job, but losing it in the first week of December seems extra tough to me...
