Bus Passenger Arrested For Traveling With Pot

An alert Jefferson Bus Lines employee tipped off police to an odor coming from a passenger’s luggage and the police were able to step in and arrest a 19 year old passenger on the bus at the next stop. Police were able to nab the 19 year old, Kaine Hanson who was arrested after police found 31 vacuum-sealed bags filled with marijuana in his suitcase and backpack. A police dog located the bag among other luggage. Hanson was traveling on a one way ticket from Spokane, Washington to Mineapolis, Minn. He is facing numerous charges.
