Climate Change: What About Obama’s $15 Mil Beach House?

We always enjoy hearing from our friend "Robert in Columbia Falls." He tends to be more liberal than most of our listeners, but we appreciate hearing his perspective.

On Tuesday's Montana Talks, at the tail end of the show, we got to talking about former President Obama. That's when I asked Robert if he heard about President Obama's reportedly new beach house back in Martha's Vineyard...

Turns out, President Obama appears to be on the verge of buying a $15 million beach house that his own climate researchers predict could be under water (literally) because of climate change!

The Obamas are reportedly in the process of buying the island property, which was originally listed at listed at $14,850,000, from Boston Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck. Though the deal has yet to be finalized, both TMZ and the Boston Herald have reported that the Obamas are in escrow.

Climate Central, a research group funded by the government during the Obama administration, projects the Obamas’ possible new mansion to be well underwater in its “Extreme Scenario 2100” model.
