39-year-old Red Fawn Fallis, accused of shooting at officers during protests against the Dakota Access oil pipeline was sentenced Wednesday to four years and nine months in federal prison. Fallis reportedly fired a handgun three times while resisting arrest on Oct. 27, 2016 in North Dakota.
