MTN News reports that Larry Price, the infamous developer of Billings largest mansion– accused of faking his own kidnapping in Virginia to flee massive debts– pleaded not guilty in federal court Thursday. The 38-year-old Price is facing six counts of wire fraud for soliciting about $13-and-a-half million from investors in a Wyoming company and allegedly misappropriating the money for his own use. Appearing before U.S. District Judge Timothy Cavan for the short hearing, Price was advised that, if convicted, he would face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
