Driver Charged with Negligence

32-year-old Jerrad Magnus has been charged with leaving his roommate stuck in a car in the middle of the road after getting into a rollover wreck in 2014.  Mangus appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court Monday for a bond hearing.  He is charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving death or injury and negligent vehicular assault.  Prosecutors also reserve the right to charge Mangus instead with criminal endangerment.
