In a Great Falls court on Thursday, Eugene Sherbondy was charged with endangering the welfare of children and tampering with a witness or informant. An unidentified man alleged that Sherbondy was involved in the distribution of pills and also [quote] “sells his stepchildren.” [end quote] He claims Sherbondy and his wife took the two children out of school and sold them for $800 per month. Great Falls police searched Sherbondy’s residence in October 2017 and found the children, and a syringe on the kitchen floor which later tested positive for methamphetamine. Sherbondy has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
