Why would Governor Steve Bullock (D-MT) give a tax credit to Hollywood film producers, but veto a bill that would provide better broadband Internet and cell phone access in Montana?

That's just one of the questions I had for State Sen. Jason Ellsworth (R-Hamilton). Ellsworth authored legislation, vetoed by Gov. Bullock, that would improve broadband access in Montana. According to BroadbandNow.com, Montana is the 48th "most-connected state." Translation: we are almost dead last in connectivity.
