Saturday, at 11:40 PM, Billings Police were dispatched to 4th Avenue North and North 24th Street for a report of a two-motorcycle accident.
One driver was pronounced deceased on the scene, and the other driver has been transported to an area hospital with critical injuries.
At this time, 4th Avenue North is closed from North 25th Street to North 26th Street.
