Billings’ Jeep’n for a Reason Sounds Like a Blast. Here’s What’s Up
Owning a Jeep is like being in a cult. That's not an insult; Jeep owners will be the first to admit passion is strong for their beloved 4x4. I once owned an old CJ5 that was a beast. It was a soft top, which was really awesome for about six months out of the year.
It was also frigidly cold in the winter, I couldn't effectively lock anything inside, it handled poorly at highway speeds. All things that my father warned me about. The beloved Jeep was my only vehicle fresh out of high school and I needed something more practical. Of course, I regret selling it now.
Jeeps are pretty awesome, and Billings Jeep owners are encouraged to join the fun at the Magic City's inaugural Jeep Parade. It's July 30th and the line-up begins at 10 am at the All American Pharmaceutical parking lot (2376 Main St in Billings).
It's a fundraiser for Tumbleweed.
Jeep owners will depart the Heights at 11 am (line up at 10) and work their way towards the West End, roughly following Main Street to Airport Road and eventually wrap things up with a post-parade party at The Den Sports Bar and Ale House.

Tumbleweed is approaching a milestone.
The Billings non-profit was founded in 1976 and is one of the most respected organizations in the area. Tumbleweed's focus is serving homeless, trafficked, runaway, and otherwise at-risk youth, their families, and support systems.
The Jeep'n for a Reason Parade will raise money for Tumbleweed. The entry fee is just $25 per Jeep. Stick around for a BBQ, and other fun stuff like Sip and Paint Your Jeep after the parade. Purchase tickets online HERE or stop by The Den.
