The Billings Public Library will remain closed on Sundays year-round under a plan announced Monday by Library Director Gavin Woltjer.  The Gazette reports that the library is currently closed Sundays during the summer months, but the move is being made in part because state support for the library is being trimmed by $55,000 per year for each of the next two years.
