Q2 reports 79-year-old Roderick Adolph Pahl of Missoula is in jail for violating a protection order filed by a woman who said he was going to kidnap and physically assault her. Pahl is charged with one felony count of stalking. On December14th, the unidentified woman obtained an order of protection against Pahl in municipal court. The underlying allegations for the order detailed how Pahl said he would hurt the woman, threatening to “stick needles” into her. The woman indicated that Pahl’s actions had recently escalated, leaving her fearful that the defendant would actually follow through on his threats and cause her bodily harm. On December 23rd, Pahl left a letter in her mailbox– in which he said he was the incarnation of two serial killers– in a clear violation of the protection order. Get more online at; KTVQ.com.
