New SD2 Superintendent

Q2 reports that Billings School District 2 introduced new superintendent Greg Upham on Monday. The career educator from Helena, who brings 31 years experience to Billings, said he wants to improve college readiness and career readiness through CTE, adding those are two areas he’s very passionate about. Upham replaces Superintendent Terry Bouck, who retired after six years to run for House District 49 Representative. He was defeated in the Democratic primary by Emma Kerr-Carpenter.
