A man who pepper-sprayed Scheels employees at the mall in 2011 while shoplifting is back in court on a charge of child endangerment.  The Billings Gazette reports that 35-year-old Jesse Ambrose Deaguero pleaded not guilty to criminal child endangerment in district court on Wednesday.  Deaguero also pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor driving while the privilege to do so had been suspended or revoked.

Deaguero was pulled over on the afternoon of Sept. 7 for speeding.  He reportedly had a dazed expression, bloodshot eyes and slow speech.  Deaguero also had a baby riding as a passenger.  Officers found prescription opioids Suboxone and Oxycodone in his pockets.
