Shoplifting Suspects Identified

Billings police have identified the two suspects in Saturday’s shooting and alleged shoplifting incident at the Rimrock Mall parking lot.  The male suspect was stopped by a patrol vehicle for a traffic violation in downtown Billings.  He was driving the Buick Enclave identified as the vehicle from the mall incident, on Tuesday around 4 p.m.  Despite being identified, neither the man or woman has been arrested, according to Lt. Neil Lawrence, and their names have not been released.
