Victim and shooter identified in Ballantine murder.  Yellowstone County Commissioners are considering a raise.  After last weeks Marines shooting, military personnel are now allowed to carry weapons at recruitment centers.

As of Monday night one person had died after a shooting at a residence near Ballantine, according to Yellowstone County Sheriff Mike Linder.

It took just over a week for the downtown Billings Association to remove 4 custom painted fiberglass horse statues from downtown after security cameras revealed drunks and other rabble rousers attempting to mount the stationary steeds. DUH...

A Sunday Billings Heights shooting of a pregnant woman sent to the hospital.  Yellowstone County Sheriff, Mike Linder said that one is dead after a shooting near Ballantine on Monday.  Artistic horses didn't last long in downtown Billings.

Billings hosted 10,000 athletes from all over Montana and neighboring states last weekend for the Big Sky State Games and now 7,000 more welcomed visitors are starting to ride into Billings!

Gunshots in Billings Heights.  30th Big Sky State Games conclude yesterday after a fantastic Dick Fosbury opening ceremony on July 17th at Daylis Stadium.  Marine Staff Sargent, David Wyatt was one of the marines killed last week.  He has Montana ties.

Once again Billings showed that there is plenty to do here if you know where to go!  My weekend started out a Daylis Stadium on Friday night for the opening ceremonies of the 2015 Big Sky State Games!
