The Billings Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing woman, who hasn't been seen for nearly 2 weeks, according to the press release.
The missing person advisory from the Helena Police says there is a "concern for her safety," and any information regarding Kayla James should be given to police by calling 406-457-8865, or call 911.
A candle light vigil was held last night at Two Moon Park for a missing 22-year old woman who has been missing for more than two weeks, according to the Billings Police Department.
