Seems Judges in Montana REALLY dislike the Montana Administration trying to ban things Transgender related.

Mine are he/him. See? That isn't so hard. Anyhow, the ban blocking transgender people in Montana from updating their gender marker on their birth certificates has been blocked.

The Associated Press reported Florida governor Ron DeSantis is awarding and declaring by proclamation Florida-born Emma Weyant the winner of the women's 500-yard freestyle at the NCAA's tournament, rather than transgender Lia Thomas. An Iowa magician has cancelled a series of shows in Gillette, Wyoming after threats were made to her and to the staff of the Campbell County Public Library (where her shows were to be performed) after her transgender identity was shared on social media.

Montana is close to enacting a similar measure. Rep. John Fuller (R-Whitefish) took the lead on the measure protecting girls sports and women's sports in Montana.
