A woman with a history of drunk driving was arrested this week for getting behind the wheel with blood alcohol three times the legal limit, and a 7-year-old in the car.  40-year-old Stella Simone Bulltail appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court yesterday with three previous DUI convictions on her record, charged with criminal child endangerment.  Yellowstone County Justice of the Peace David Carter held Bulltail in lieu of $25,000 and ordered her to participate in the 24/7 alcohol monitoring program, should she be released from jail.

Bulltail was arrested at about 8 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of North Broadway.  A Billings police officer found her behind the wheel of a running car parked over the edge of a curb.  Bulltail’s blood alcohol content of .285 percent is more than three times the legal limit of .08 percent.  Bulltail has DUI convictions from 1999, 2001 and 2002.
