BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — A 47-year-old Butte woman is charged with criminal mischief after witnesses say she took off her shoes and ran through the wet concrete of a newly poured sidewalk.

The work crew called police Tuesday afternoon, but the woman was gone by the time officers arrived.

The Associated Press reports police soon received a call of a woman causing a disturbance several blocks away. The report says Kerri Kane tried to run, but officers caught up with her as her pants started to fall down.

Police say she had what appeared to be dried cement on her feet.

Kane also faces possible misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
