Montana’s Northern Border is Also a Terrorism Risk

They're already here. Take it from a guy who spent 20 years defending our country in US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). John Fabbricatore is a retired ICE Field Office Director and he will tell you straight up- terrorists have already taken advantage of our wide open southern border.

But it's not just the southern border. Check out these numbers recently shared by The Daily Caller looking at our northern border with Canada.

Customs and Border Protection recorded 429 encounters of terror watchlisted individuals at ports of entry and three at illegal crossing points between October 2022 and September, according to federal data...Border Patrol has recorded 8,687 illegal migrant encounters at the northern border between October 2022 and September, compared to 2,238 in all of fiscal year 2022 and 916 in fiscal year 2021, according to federal data.

The Daily Caller was reporting on a new bill by Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-MT01) that would force the Department of Homeland Security to implement a northern border security plan.

In the wake of the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel, I asked Fabbricatore about terrorists taking advantage of our wide open borders during a Monday interview.

Aaron Flint: Sam Faddis is a former CIA operations officer who has detailed at AND Magazine how Lebanese Hezbollah has had a long standing presence in Latin America, they had a particular group known as unit 910 that is active in multiple countries in Latin America, and they will deliberately acquire Venezuelan passports and pretend to be Venezuelans just seeking refuge.

John Fabbricatore: Yes, absolutely. They speak perfect Spanish. You know, they operated in South America for over 20 years. So they picked up these customs, these habits. Their intelligence network is unbelievable. I mean, they're supported by Iran, they have the funds, and they are entering the United States. You can't even look at it and say- What is this government doing that they're allowing this many people to enter through our southern border and the northern border, as you said- there's been over a 700% increase on the northern border of people crossing and this has to be by design what's going on.
