The Flathead Valley, specifically along the shores of Flathead Lake provides optimal growing conditions for the juicy, red fruit. Orchards line the east shores of the lake and tourists and locals enjoy stopping at the roadside stands to grab a few pounds of fresh, Montana-grown cherries.

Located on desirable Finley Point, the 12.2-acre orchard has a history of successful cherry production, reportedly harvesting up to 100,000 pounds of cherries on bountiful years.

According to the property listing, the orchard features electronically controlled drip irrigation for optimized water control.

Fully fenced to keep critters out.

Humans aren't the only ones who will quickly scarf down a bowl of fresh cherries. Deer and bears will gobble them up too. An 8-foot-tall, electrified fence encloses the orchard.
